Michael Caruana

As a former Finance & Project Manager for Amgen Inc, Michael brings a wide range of experience to Compass Real Estate. Two years in Europe as the U.S. lead on a $400 million dollar software project taught him valuable skills such as negotiation, follow up, and relationship building. Graduating at the top of his class at Pepperdine on a Dean’s academic scholarship also well illustrates the work ethic and attention to detail Michael offers his clients as they navigate complex real estate transactions.
Michael additionally served his country honorably for six years in the United States Marine Corps. Tenacity and commitment are the hallmark traits of a successful soldier, and are the same traits Michael carries over to his real estate career. Joining the Sandi Phillips team has tremendously augmented the market knowledge, experience, and prestige that Michael brings to the table in the desert community.
